Privacy Policy

What is collected when you use this site, what isn't, and what happens to anything you paste into a tool.

  • Effective August 9, 2026

What this policy covers

AllUtil (“we,” “us”) operates allutil.com and the tools on it. This policy explains what data is collected when you use the site today, and will be updated as new features (accounts, analytics, advertising) are added — we will not add tracking silently without updating this page first.

What we currently collect

  • Standard server/hosting logs — our hosting infrastructure and CDN automatically log request data (IP address, requested URL, timestamp, user agent) for security, abuse prevention, and reliability, as essentially all web hosting does. These logs are not linked to any personal profile.
  • Google Analytics 4, with your consent. We use Google Analytics to see which tools people use and where they arrive from. It sets cookies and shares data with Google as a processor. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland it stays switched off until you accept. Elsewhere it is on by default, and you can reject it at any time from the banner shown on your first visit. Rejecting is one click and takes effect immediately.
  • No advertising on the site today. No ad network is currently active. We may introduce advertising in future; if we do, this page will say so before it goes live, and visitors in regions requiring prior consent will be asked separately.
  • No accounts. AllUtil does not require or offer user accounts.

Cookies and your choices

The only cookies set on this site come from Google Analytics, and only once analytics consent applies. They record an anonymous identifier so a repeat visit is not counted as a new person. They do not identify you by name, and they never contain anything you typed into a tool.

We use Google Consent Mode v2. Before you choose, Google receives no advertising or analytics identifiers from visitors in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland — only anonymous, cookieless signals. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage, not on our servers, and applies until you clear your browser data or we make a material change to this policy.

To change your mind, clear this site's data in your browser and the choice will be offered again. To block analytics everywhere, most browsers offer tracking protection, and Google publishes a browser opt-out add-on.

How the tools handle your input

Tools on this site that process text you paste in (for example, the JSON Formatter) do so entirely in your browser using standard JavaScript — what you paste is not transmitted to our servers or stored anywhere. Where a future tool genuinely requires server-side processing (for example, a file-conversion tool), that will be disclosed on the tool's own page.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws like the GDPR (EU/UK) or CCPA (California) to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you. What we hold is limited: anonymous server logs, and — where you have consented, or where consent is not required — Google Analytics measurement data. We hold no accounts and no profile built from what you paste into a tool. Google acts as our processor for Analytics and offers its own controls, linked in the cookies section above.
